| Your license will be sent to your register email box very soon after purchasing. If you didn’t receive it please check your spam email box or make sure you have entered the right email address.

| 12. What shall I do after receiving my license? |
Step1. Please make sure you have install the program (STD versioin), or download it from www.e-zsoft.com
Step2. Activate your program follow FAQ13
Step3. Check if your activation is successful by clicking "support->about", you should see words "this product license to: your name".

13. How to Activation product?
Step1. Click 'Activation' button, it will pop-up Activation dialog

Step2. Copy the registration name and SN to edit box. and click 'Activation' button
|
Step3. Click 'Yes' to re-start program
|
| Step4. If you register successfully, it will remove limitation and remove the
reminder window |

| 14. How to check if my activation was successful or not? |
| Click "Support->About", you will see "this product license to: your name". If you failed to see the words please re-activate or re-install the program. |

| 15. Why I cannot see the activation button after inputting my Register Name and SN? |
| Please adjust/re-size your activation window, make it larger you will see the button then. |

| 16. What shall I do if I continually failed to activate the problem? |
| Please sure you have downloaded the right version and activated it following the instructions. If you did both but nothing happened, please email us at support@e-zsoft.com, we will check your account status. |

| 17. How do I load the converted file into my iPod/iPhone？ |
You have 2 ways to load converted file,
1) Choose "transfer .mp4 file to iPod directly" option before conversion.
2) Load/drag the converted file from defaulted out-load folder C:\E-Zsoft to iTune, then sync/drag it to iPod. |

| 18. Why I cannot load/drag the files to iTune/iPod? |
If the converted file cannot be played in QuickTime, then the conversion maybe a failure you definitely cannot load/drag it into iTune. Please convert it again.
If you can load/drag the converted file into iTune, but cannot drag it to iPod then you have to change your iTune settings to "manage files manually" in "my ipod" setting after connecting your iPod with pc. |

| 19. Why the converted video/DVD has directors' commentary? |
| This was caused by the original movie/DVD settings. You can choose "no audio" in "input" option before conversion to remove it. |

| 20. How to remove subtitles? |
| Choose "no subtitle" in "input" option before conversion to remove it. also you needs set it for all titles |

| 21. Why there is a pop-up asking me to upgrade every time I open the program? |
| It's a free upgrade notice. We have new version available. Please download the latest version from our website www.e-zsoft.com and re-activate it. |
